  9. Do I need to get consent from my neighbours? In New Zealand, it’s a good practice to discuss fencing projects with your neighbours, especially if the fence will be on or near the boundary line. Legal consent may be required for shared boundary fences.
  10. Are your services covered by a warranty? Yes, we offer a warranty on our workmanship and materials.
  11. What should I do to prepare for the installation? Before we begin, ensure the area is clear of any personal items or obstacles. If there are any underground utilities, please inform us so we can take the necessary precautions.
  12. How do I maintain my new fence or deck? Regular maintenance includes cleaning to remove dirt and debris, checking for and treating any signs of damage, and applying protective treatments or stains as recommended.
  13. Can you handle urgent or emergency repairs? We offer high-quality repair services, but due to the current high demand, we are unable to prioritise urgent or emergency repairs. For the fastest assistance with urgent repairs, we recommend contacting a service specialising in those situations.
